Aloha, My name is Jim Creasy and my business philosophy is to offer my customers full service and dedication to detail at a reasonable price. I am a licensed real estate broker in Hawaii and California with over twenty three years experience as a real estate broker in residential sales. Over the years I have been fortunate enough to be involved in property management and real estate development in which I sold over six hundred new homes and condominiums. What enables me to offer reduced fees to my customers is that you work directly with me (the broker) and not a salesman for the broker. You will see in my marketing plan that what I offer you is outstanding value at a reduced fee.

Marketing Plan
The primary emphasis of the marketing plan is "visibility" to achieve maximum exposure for your property. To achieve the widest amount of attention, an assorted variety of media is utilized: Internet, Newspaper, Custom Postcards, Broker Caravans, Open House, Networking, Buyers Guide. The Multiple Listing Service is the single most effective marketing tool to sell your property. When you list your property with me I enter it into the Multiple Listing Service and that authorizes over one thousand agents and brokers besides myself to sell your property. The fee I charge for selling your property is 4% total and of that 2.5% is offered to the agents of the Multiple Listing Service. If I list your property and I also procure a buyer then I reduce my commission to 3% of the sales price. Call me for a no cost no obligation market analysis.
